Bookings

As we are very busy, please be advised that you may have to book at least one week in advance which will require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions. We accept all major credit cards / debit cards apart from AMEX, which may incur a small charge. Cheques are to be made payable to Stay Perfect Pty Ltd. Please note that all cheques and bank transfers will need to be cleared in our bank before your treatment or training.

We are the owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights in our name, logo and training material. Trademark laws protect our brand names and copyright laws and treaties around the world protect our course material and brands. All rights are hereby reserved. You must not edit, copy adapt any illustrations, photographs or any graphics used by Stay Perfect Pty Ltd.

Lateness and Absence

All clients / students are required to arrive on time for their treatment / training. Late arrivals or absence for any reason, we have the right to cancel the treatment / training. In any such case, Stay Perfect Pty Ltd has a strict no refund policy.

Feedback

We are very proud to have a 95% client satisfaction rate and are always very grateful for your feedback. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our treatments or any feature of our business, please inform us in writing to Stay Perfect Pty Ltd, 2b, 15 Dwyer Turn, Joondalup 6027 within 14 days of your appointment. Plese post by recorded delivery and we will use this feedback to rectify (if need be) any part of our service, where we strive to achieve the highest standards. Please note that we are unable to provide compensation, but greatly appreciate your feedback.
